Off-Lead Walking

Dogs will never be walked off lead without prior discussion and the consent of the owner and off-lead walking will be dependent upon the reliability of your dog’s recall, how they interact with other dogs and their surroundings.

Dogs will only be walked off-lead if we, as dog walkers consider it safe to do so. We will never guarantee that we will walk dogs off-lead, even if arranged, as it depends on multiple factors such as weather, location, other dogs and dog behaviour. Walking off-lead may only be for a section of the walk, not the full duration.

Off-Lead Consent

I hereby, give Leighla's Paw Pals permission to walk my dog(s) off-lead during any scheduled walk undertaken. I also understand the potential consequences that can occur to my dog or other dogs, from walking my dog on or off-lead while in the care of Leighla's Paw Pals.

I agree to release Leighla's Paw Pals from all liability in the event of loss, injury or harm resulting from my dog being walked on or off-lead.

I understand that Leighla's Paw Pals will have less control over my dog(s) actions & I, therefore, accept full liability for any damage caused to or by my dog and take full responsibility for the actions or disappearance of my dog whilst on or off-lead walking.

Terms and Conditions 

Kindly note that all fees are to be paid in advance or as previously agreed. Cancellations by the customer are required to be made as soon as possible via telephone or text directly to us by no later than 8am on the day of the Service being provided, or a cancellation fee equal to the Service will be chargeable. In the unlikely event that we should have to cancel a booking this will be done on the morning of the arranged walk by 8.30am or as soon as possible via the contact telephone numbers provided by the customer. 

I/we hereby agree that I/we the undersigned give consent for Leighla to walk my/our dog/s and provide Pet Services from time to time as requested. In the event of an emergency and if Leighla is unable to make contact with the emergency contacts which have been provided, I/we give permission for Leighla to seek veterinary treatment should it be required while my pets are in their care and I/we accept liability for payment of any veterinary expenses that may be incurred. 

I/we also accept full liability for any loss, damage or unacceptable behaviour caused by my Dog/s whilst being walked, or visited in /my our home and I/we also accept liability for payment of any public liability insurance excess incurred by Leighla's Paw Pals. I/we have entrusted a key/s to Leighla to my/our property which is to be used only as agreed and the key/s will be returned on my/our request.
